| Answers and greets people in a friendly, professional manner. Promotes a smooth flow of patients through the office and helps to create a calm, supportive atmosphere. Performs various tasks as required in a medical practice paying attention to detail and accuracy. Conducts all interactions with patients and personnel in a courteous, respectful manner while maintaining confidentiality. The incumbent is required to conduct all job responsibilities consist with SMMC policies, procedures, and in compliance with all applicable laws or mandates relating to patient care and business activities.

| Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required
Previous Work Experience
Medical Office experience preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with others
Computer proficiency
Ability to organize and coordinate multiple activities
Able to adapt to constant change and fast pace of group
