YORK COUNTY, MAINE – Did you know there are currently more than thirty new cancer clinical trials occurring close to home? Can Ilyas, M.D., and Betsy Chase, Research Director, of the Maine Center for Cancer Medicine, will discuss what you should know about new clinical trials and what they mean to a patient with a cancer diagnosis. This free presentation will take place on Thursday, January 28th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the SMMC Classrooms. Refreshments will be served.
This session is open to participants at no cost due to the financial support of private donations made to the SMMC Cancer Care Program. Space is limited and pre-registration is required by calling 283-7575.
